2 ingredients make this Champagne Sorbet Cocktail. Substitute the sorbet for different flavors to change it up. Raspberry is my favorite & a great choice for Valentine’s Day! Cheers!
Tomorrow is the Big Game and Valentine’s Day is Monday. They don’t normally fall so close together. This Sorbet and Champagne Cocktail is festive and fun and super simple to make. Add it to your gameday menu or Valentine’s Day celebration.
I’m the queen of the ‘non-recipe’. This literally is two ingredients, so I’m not really sure if I should call this a recipe. Regardless, it’s important to have a few of these go-to simple recipes in your back pocket. You can thank me later! This Sorbet and Champagne Cocktail is perfect for Valentine’s Day, Anniversaries, Bridal Showers, or any Girls’ get-together!
Ingredients: Champagne & Sorbet Cocktail
- Sorbet – I used raspberry sorbet. In truth, any flavor sorbet you like would work. For more of a festive color scheme for Valentine’s Day I used pink. Peach and mango sorbet would also be quite delicious.
- Champagne – Choosing what type champagne to use is purely a personal choice. You could opt for a pink rosé option to make it really festive and pink. I’ll typically buy some of the individual champagne bottles for myself to have on hand since it’s just me having a beverage versus having a full size bottle of champagne. Again, this makes for a great drink to make for crowds since it is only two ingredients. Choose high-quality champagne and sorbet (if you can) as the drink is only 2 ingredients.
