- 1–2 scoops sorbet
- 6–8 ounces Champagne
- Fruit, mint leaves, as garnish
Instructions
- Scoop one or two scoops of sorbet into your champagne glass (depends on the size of your scoop!)
- Pour the champagne directly on top of the sorbet. The sorbet will begin to melt and mix in with the champagne. Or you can use a spoon and eat some of the sorbet too!
- Garnish with a few piece of fresh fruit and mint leaves. *optional
- Sip and enjoy!
- Options: To make this non-alcoholic you can use a sparkling water, sparkling juice, and/or cider!
