- 2 packages of miniature phyllo pastry shells, 30 shells
- 1/2 cup prepared cranberry sauce
- 8 mini brie wheels (.9 oz each), cut into 4 pieces
- Garnish: rosemary sprigs or thyme sprigs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place phyllo shells on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 300 degrees F.
- Cut your brie into pieces. If using mini brie, cut each wheel into four pieces. If using an 8-ounce brie wheel, aim to cut the wheel into 30 pieces.
- Place a piece of brie into each shell. Top with 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- Bake until the cheese melts, about 4-6 minutes. If you want it really melty, it should take 6-8 minutes, but keep a watch on the shells so they don’t burn.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig and/or thyme spring.
