- 2 cups pecan pieces
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 8 teaspoons (2 tablespoons, 2 teaspoons) extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper (makes for easier clean-up).
- Combine all of the ingredients for the pecans in a small bowl and mix so that they are well-coated.
- Spread them onto the baking sheet and bake for about five minutes. Rotate the pan in the oven and continue baking for about 5 more minutes, until they appear toasted.
