- 1 lb heirloom tomatoes, sliced into 1/2-inch wedges
- 1/3 cup cheese (your favorite kind!)
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Arrange tomatoes on a serving platter. (you can sprinkle with a little salt & pepper, but I find the dressing has enough flavor I don’t any more).
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of salad dressing over the tomatoes.
- Taste; Add an additional tablespoon of dressing depending on the size of your tomatoes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!
