- 2 cups pecan pieces
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper (makes for easier clean-up).
- Combine all of the ingredients for the pecans in a small bowl and mix so that they are well-coated.
- Spread them onto the baking sheet and bake for about five minutes.
- Rotate the pan in the oven and continue baking for about 5 more minutes, until they appear toasted.
- Watch them closely, they can go from just right to burnt, real quick!
