- 1/2 cup peanut butter, natural
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup powdered milk
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons date syrup
Instructions
- Combine peanut butter, almond flour, date syrup, vanilla, and powdered milk in a large bowl.
- Mix together well until the mixture starts to form a consistency similar to cookie dough.
- Add the chocolate chips and fold in.
- Scoop out with a cookie scoop. Refrigerate and/or freeze. Enjoy!
Notes
*You can switch the peanut butter out for cashew butter.
*Additionally, you can use collagen instead of the powdered milk.
*Date syrup is a natural form of sugar, however, it is still considered as an added sugar here. You can use maple syrup instead if you have that on hand.
