These Peanut Butter Bites are a super simple snack to always have on hand. 5 simple ingredients. One bowl. Smart snacking that is not only good for you but also satisfies your sweet tooth!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, natural
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons date syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine peanut butter, almond flour, date syrup, vanilla, and powdered milk in a large bowl. 
  2. Mix together well until the mixture starts to form a consistency similar to cookie dough.
  3. Add the chocolate chips and fold in.
  4. Scoop out with a cookie scoop.  Refrigerate and/or freeze.  Enjoy!

Notes

*You can switch the peanut butter out for cashew butter.

*Additionally, you can use collagen instead of the powdered milk.

*Date syrup is a natural form of sugar, however, it is still considered as an added sugar here.  You can use maple syrup instead if you have that on hand.
