This zesty sesame-ginger sauce is a versatile Asian-inspired flavor-boost that you need to make. Not only does it take just a few minutes to blend up but you can also use it as a salad dressing, dipping sauce, or a quick marinade!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons peeled and minced fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a jar.
  2. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth, shake vigorously until emulsified (in that moment), and/or whisk well with a hand mixer or milk frother.
  3. Spoon on all the things.
