- 1–16 oz container strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 pound green grapes, halved
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups mango, diced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (juice from one lime)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Handful of mint leaves, finely chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the fruit: wash (and dry) the strawberries, grapes, and blueberries. Peel the mangoes. Then slice the fruit into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Make the dressing: whisk the lime juice, vanilla extract and mint together in a small bowl.
- Toss the salad: drizzle the lime-mint-vanilla dressing on the fruit salad and gently toss it all together.
- Voilà – Eat and enjoy this summer fruit salad!
